New South Memphis
In 2018, the 275 Food Project awarded a grant to New South Produce Cooperative to build a local food hub in Memphis, aggregating source-identified produce, proteins and dairy for distribution. Located on Mud Island, the wholesale facility will supply chefs, restauranteurs, groceries and large institutions with fresh and healthy local foods. Learn more.
275 Food Project and Heifer USA are actively developing a program for farmers in the Mid-South region to receive technical support, business planning and critical financial assistance in the form of micro-loans.
Amanda and Dave Krog
Long time fixtures on the high end of the Memphis dining scene, Chef Dave and Amanda live their values, opening the doors of their kitchens to talented food professionals of color and mentoring them to success. They are set to open their first restaurant, Dory, in 2019.

2009 Food & Wine magazine “Best New Chef” Kelly English is executive chef/owner of acclaimed Restaurant Iris, The Second Line and now, Fino’s in Memphis. Chef English is a vocal advocate for social justice and equity both inside and outside the restaurant business.
Puck Food Hall at 409 South Main
The first 275 Certified retail partner, the Food Hall has included a commitment to local, seasonal ingredients in all its vendor contracts, establishing an emerging farm-to-fork establishment that will grow over time.
